Intrepids AI provides an AI-powered telecommunications and automation platform that enables enterprise clients to deploy intelligent voice agents and automated workflows to manage communication with their customers on established telecom infrastructures.

Full name, organization and title, email, phone, mailing/billing addresses, payment information, communication data (call logs, durations, routing), technical and usage data (device, browser, IP), contact data, preferences and feedback. SSL encryption, access control and authentication, encrypted backups, routine monitoring and audits. No system can be completely secure — contact us immediately if you believe interaction is no longer secure.

Closed accounts: 12 months after termination. Backups: 12 months. Billing records & legal agreements: 7 years. Data may be anonymized or aggregated for long-term non-personal retention.
