2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and capable of entering binding agreements. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use or suspected breach.
4. Description of Services
Platform enables Clients to build, configure and deploy AI-powered voice agents and workflows integrated with telecom networks — including API access, dashboards, analytics and integrations with AWS, Twilio, Voxbone, Telmix and others.
5. Client Responsibilities
Use only in compliance with applicable laws, maintain accurate account info, obtain necessary End User consents, avoid spam/harassment/illegal content, and refrain from interfering with platform security.
6. Payment Terms
Fees detailed in your service agreement or order form. Payments due in advance via Stripe, PayPal, MercadoPago or other methods. Late payments may incur fees or suspension.
7. Intellectual Property
All IP related to Services is exclusive property of Zonora AI or licensors. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a non-exclusive license solely to provide and improve Services.
8. Confidentiality
Each party protects the other's Confidential Information with reasonable care and does not disclose to third parties except as required by law.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
Services provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for purpose and non-infringement. No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Limitation of Liability
Not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amount you paid for Services in the preceding 12 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zonora AI and its officers, employees and partners from claims arising from your breach, misuse or violation of law or third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without cause or notice, unless otherwise stated in order form. Confidentiality, IP, Indemnification, Limitation of Liability and Governing Law survive termination.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governed by laws of State of Delaware and, where applicable, California. Disputes resolved in state or federal courts located in Delaware or California.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update Terms from time to time. Material changes notified via Site or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
